In these times endless information is streaming to us from the net and social media in almost any given moment
30 years ago, the amount of information that we were exposed to over one year ,is now reaching us in one week.

In these 3 sessions teacher Jianshe will explain how this flood of information influences our life and our Qigong practice and why we need to shift our focus during practice from movement and Qi to information:

• Why focus on movement and Qi is limiting our practice?
• How to live our daily life with all the endless information we face?
• How does the quantity and speed of information influence our practice?
• How information of all the people we met in life is accumulated in us and influences who we are
• What does it really mean that “ we are all one” on an information level?
• How to move from a practice that follows a teacher to a practice that is led by our own heart and YiYuanTi?

• Loosing weight in the moment
• Improving vision in 20 min. in a simple and effective way
• Make egg stand straight
• Make normal needles become magnets

About Teacher JIANSHE :

This is a great opportunity to enjoy teacher Jianshe’s amazing Qi field and his loving pure heart while benefiting from his deep wisdom and rare abilities

• Teacher LIU JIANSHE joined the 3 months teacher training with Dr. Pang in Huaxia center in 1991, after which he was invited to to join the teaching staff
• He was teaching and healing in the center from 1991-1992 and again from 1995-1996.
• Later in 1999 he taught the children’s course at the center.
• In 2003 he opened his own Zhineng Qigong Center in Hainan in which he teaches and lives until today
• Teacher Jianshe has been teaching Zhineng Qigong theories and methods in various different locations in China and around the world
