BELOVED FRIENDS,
I am so happy to explore with you the most precious gem of Zhineng Qigong, the Eight Formulas.It is an alchemical poem that when sung or chanted heartfully, shifts our awareness from the world of me-problems to the world of light, joy and innocence that we are – the Great I Am.
The Eight Verses can be read, chanted or sung. Each formula or verse, progressively adjusts the mind, feelings and body. Each subsequent verse causes qi, matter and consciousness to be refined from the most personal to the impersonal.
