Activities:
Teacher Zou Ping teach and guide the practice of Zhineng Qigong for 5 hours a day to strengthen body and mind.
Sounds and its mudras will activate the energy of your organs.
L-Sitting practice to collect scattered body Qi back to lower Dantian and to experience DEEP relaxation!

Luise and Carin offer an additional program to help you (re)connect with your inner fire and creative power. Intuitive walks in nature, (healing) meditations, sharing circles and creative expression with dance, singing, rhythm and intuitive painting support your journey to yourself.

You will experience what it really means to be in sync with the here and now in your body and your heart, joyfully and playfully connected to your true inner nature.
Having explored this state you can continue to use and experience it in everyday life.
