We are happy to inform you that at the end of September we will fast with master Jianshe Liu, who is coming to Slovenia.

What does fasting with Qigong look like?

We will not eat, but we will train:) We will accumulate external Qi, which will replace physical food and nurture the acquired/internal Qi. We will face ourselves, our emotions, while strengthen our will power. Strong Qifield will support our progress to next level.

Master Jianshe will guide us through the process safely, as he has regularly performed fasts all over Europe.
