A week of fasting and ZhiNeng to fully live each moment.

Give yourself all the space you need to reconnect with your True Self through fasting and ZhiNeng QiGong. It is a complete process aimed at your revitalization. The body will be prepared to be filled with the pure Qi of the Universe through the practice of ZhiNeng.

During this week we will purify the body with fasting (we will only drink water and infusions), we will strengthen the mind and feed the spirit.

With fasting other dimensions will begin to be appreciated and the practice of ZhiNeng, the support of Jianshe and Milka and the rest of the group; the Qi field will make it easier for you to experience the benefits of fasting and practice at all levels.
