During the last 20 years, while I founded and ran a consulting company, I felt a compelling need to investigate the purpose of life and the source of our energy. This drove me to study from and meet with several masters of different traditions from India, China, Tibet and Japan.
I bring the essence of all these learnings into all my teachings, especially Energy Work and Meditations. I have synthesized the applied disciplines of Qigong, Reiki, Meditation and Mindfulness, and the breathing techniques of ancient yogis, to create several courses for wellness and healthy living.
We’ll learn some oriental wisdom, from over 4000 years ago. Wisdom that used ‘personal energy’ to keep both, the ascetic Indian yogis and the jolly white-bearded Chinamen looking bright and feeling fit forever!
We will practice meditation in motion together so even if you’re fearful of “sitting in meditation” you can do it! With this, you will learn to increase your efficiency, mental stimulation and mindfulness. You will see how to feel and harness universal energy in everyday life in only one minute! And how to apply energy for stress reduction, healing, and taking control over your health.
You will also go back with tips and techniques to feel better, erase tiredness, raise vibrations and move into positivity at will. You will understand why changing seasons, places, food and travel sap energy and how to counter the effects. And I will suggest to you a daily routine using Qigong and Yogic meditative exercises to stay fit, build immunity, look and feel younger!
