Zhineng qigong for the spine and nervous system – with Mariana de la Vega

This course will help you develop the ability to send information and Qi to the body, specifically to the spine and nervous system. What will also be explained is the use of the mind, the Zhineng Qigong state, and the anatomy of the spine and nervous system and you’ll learn specific methods to heal and strengthen the spine and nervous system.

Date and time: May 13-14, from 10-3 pm (Mexico time), in person or later with video recordings. May 15-June 9: 21 days of practice from Monday to Thursday, 7:30-8:30 am (Mexico time).
