This year retreat is meant do disconnect from outside information and connect with your own body. Our main topic is Body and Mind method, which is building our body and mind to get stronger and prepare us for the winter. It doesnt matter if you are total beginner or advenced student/teacher. We will deepen our knowledge of Level 2 Zhineng Qigong methods.

The resort we are staying is amazingly beutiful. 200 years old farm was renewed in beutiful rustical ambient and all the food is prepared from the Eco garden.
